The Annual Pearl Harbor Day Memorial was celebrated Monday, December 7th 2015 at Brooklyn Borough Hall in Brooklyn, NY. The Memorial featured: a marching band, FDNY Emerald Society Pipes and Drums, Color Guard-NYC Joint Services, and guest veteran’s speakers which included an actual survivor of the Pearl Harbor attacks, Rev. James E. Blakely. The Memorial ended beautifully with a “Presentation of Medals” and a wonderfully moving “Wreath Laying Ceremony.”

Made possible by Council Member Darlene Mealy in conjunction with Brooklyn Borough President Eric L. Adams,

This event was also sponsored by the Affinity Health Plan and Crown Heights Jewish Community Council.
